Ambition is a dream, aspiration or a desire. It can be called wants, because it's just who you want to be or what you want to have. Success are achievements. To succeed one ought  to have ambition, ambition doesn't determine how successful you can be,for one can be a dreamer but not a sleeper.

Ambitions are shakers, they are target points which one identifies with to get to his success. Most often people with ambition tend to be unachievers because they tend to get big but end up small,this are people who keep planning and never make a step,this are people who dream big and tend to start big and end big. Every ambition is like a mighty dream which must develop out of a seed, you must plant the seed, nurture it and watch it grow. The question is,"where do you plant your seed?".

An interview was administered to a group of people in a certain place to discover their level of success and aspirations, in a scale of 10, 7 are still dreamers who thinks "it will just come to past if I believe", 2 are still struggling between swings, 1 took up the bold risk and moved towards his dream. Where you plant your seed determines how it grows and how well it does, how you nurture it determines how perfect it germinates.

One who wants to plant the seed must be careful to select the seed least it's spoilt or a bad one for the soil which it is to be grown. Every dream has to be carefully observed and thought about, most times people dream,wake up and seek their dreams without thinking how perfect it suits them, most people are not doing perfect in their careers because it's not an observed dream. Some miss opportunities to achieve their dreams because they think and say to themselves "to plant an iroko tree the seed must be big and mighty like an iroko tree, success starts out of nothing but a little effort and dedication.

To materialize your ambition you must work within the sphere of zeal, however, it becomes weak in most people and then, goes off. It's still a seed,not all plants are been harvested. To achieve your ambition you must possess this qualities of the human mind,

1) Patience - it doesn't make you a lesser man,but it can make you a weak man. Don't relax on your comfort zone on the act of been patient. Try other means of survival, try formulas, knock on doors but don't be over desperate. Don't get greedy, it automatically makes you blind to opportunities and leaves you in the darkness of pride and urgency.

2) Faith - you have to believe in yourself, don't leave or do anything in fear or doubt. Work done without faith is like a water in a basket, it amounts to nothing. You have to believe in yourself, your ambition and your capability.

3) Trust - it is an unpractical thing to many not to trust,maybe due to past experiences or fear of betrayal, nobody builds a house by himself he has to employ necessary aids and professionals and get the building erected. Man is a social animal, therefore can't depend or sustain alone. A work done by one man is nothing compared to a work done by many, because ideas are joined together to achieve a common goal. You have to trust those around you to help you and advice you, let love lead your life it will make you perfect.

4) Zeal - You ought to have a burning desire in you to achieve what you want. You have to feed yourself and mind with a positive desire to accomplish your ambition. You have to work on everything with anticipation and a bright light, however, most times our zeal goes off because we haven't achieved what we wanted at the planned time, or things are not going at the pace we expect it to or we think a lot of people are going ahead of us, we get withdrawn and tired to struggle, we start thinking this is not the appropriate dream, others did it and became wealthy within a little time,you start nursing doubt and confusion and your zeal automatically goes off. Keep to it and believe.

5) Humility - It is only a humble man that ask questions, and ask to be corrected. A proud man is great house sinking in a deep water. A proud mind conceives ideas but never implements them because he's a caged soul living in the echo of his voice. Humility is an automatic opener to success, it exposes you to people without fear, and gives you the confidence to confide in people and attract people to your self, it is just like a bright mirror it reflects the image of everyone and radiates feelings on them. To be humble is to be able.
If one can possess this attributes of the mind he or she will achieve a lot.
